Fred Visnaw

Fred Visnaw has been a member of the Harford County Deputy Sheriff's Union since the beginning back in January 1989. He was one of the original 17 members who began the Union in the basement of our first president. Fred was appointed to the HCDSU Executive Board in 2004 and elected as the Union’s third President in 2006. |

Don Gividen

Donnie has been an active member of HCDSU since 1998. Prior to being elected as Vice President in 2006, he served as the Chairman of the Bylaws Committee. Donnie and his committee made significant changes to improve the Bylaws which went unchanged for over 14 years.

Don has been a member of the Harford County Deputy Sheriff's Union since 1991. He ran for the position of secretary and was elected in 1999 and has since been re-elected two more times. Don has developed a membership database to keep track of union information and recently, at the request of the membership, been responsible for the implementation of the webpage. |
Treasurer
Tony Boer

Tony has been a member of the Harford County Deputy Sheriff's Union for since 1996. In 1999 he ran for and was elected to the position of Union Treasurer and has since been re-elected two more times. Not only does Tony keep the Union's financial affairs in order but he is also the Treasurer for the Harford County Deputy Sheriff's Political Action Committee (PAC). |

Kevin Thomas

Kevin Thomas has been a member of the Harford County Deputy Sheriff’s union since 1991. He was also a member of the Bel Air Police Union, also an IUPA affiliate, from 1989 to 1991. Having been involved with both Unions, he is aware of the struggles that the HCDSU went through in order to become the voice that it is today. He believes that the professional voice of the membership provides better service to the community. Kevin was elected to the HCDSU executive board in 2006.
