Donnie has been an active member of HCDSU since 1998, elected as Prsident in Jan 2010.  He served as Vice President from 2006 to 2010 during which time he also held the position as the Chairman of the Bylaws Committee.  Donnie and his committee made significant changes to improve the Bylaws which went unchanged for over 14 years.

Chris Gibbons

Chris has been an active member of HCDSU since 1998. Over the years he has served on the By-laws and Entertainment Committees, chairing the Entertainment Committee since 2006. His committee is responsible for several highly successful fundraisers and events that benifit the Benevolent Fund. Chris was elected to the Executive Board in 2006 and was then elected as Union Vice President in 2010.

Treasurer

Tony Boer

Tony has been a member of the Harford County Deputy Sheriff's Union for since 1996. In 1999 he ran for and was elected to the position of Union Treasurer. Not only does Tony keep the Union's financial affairs in order but he is also the Treasurer for the Harford County Deputy Sheriff's Political Action Committee (PAC).

Scott Virden

Scott has been a member of the HCDSUsince 1994. In 2006 he ran for and was elected to the Executive Board. During his time one the board, Scott has been on the Benefits Committee and was instrumental in the securing of the last pay increase for the deputies. He also assised in the acquisition of the LEOPS retirement system the member currently receive.

Mark Logsdon

Mark has been a member of the HCDSU since 1999. Mark has recently decided to take a more direct and active role in Union functions so he ran for and was elected to the HCDSU Exectutive Board in 2010. He is happy and honored to be a part of an organization that reprsents all the members of the HCDSU and has a desire to see more members come out and support their union's events.

Kevin Thomas

Kevin has been a member of the HCDSU since 1991. Kevin was elected to the HCDSU Executive Board in 2006.  He was also a member of the Bel Air Police Union, also an IUPA affiliate, from 1989 to 1991.  Having been involved with both Unions, he is aware of the struggles that the HCDSU went through in order to become the voice that it is today.  He believes that the professional voice of the membership provides better service to the community. The spirit of fairness and cooperation is the success of the HCDSU.
